Kate, the chatbot for KPMG Luxembourg staff, was presented at a press conference presenting the results of KPMG’s 2019 survey for automotive executives.
This internal chatbot is designed to resolve issues related to mobility and absences, among other topics. Kate is expected to be operational in the coming weeks,
“Employees will have the opportunity to order a car directly through Kate,” said Julien Badouin, director of KPMG. He explained that the tool was created to provide staff with a customer experience and provide facility management support.
“In a couple of clicks, you can order a car for your employee”. He demonstrated how chatbot works and showed how users can select from a wide range of pool and leasing vehicles to ensure they have a mobility solution.
