Whatsapp Business launches 3 features for web and desktop

WhatsApp Business was launched in January 2018 and today more than five million companies and businesses use it to grow their business, communicate with their customers, and serve their communities around the world.

  • Tags: Use the tags to organize your contacts and easily locate them.
  • Chat filtering: Easily manage your chats with filters to search for unread messages, groups or mailing lists.
